why has my notification sound alerts stopped working since latest IOS 10 update

I just get banner alerts what happed to the sound alerts eg. traffic and weather?

The 1st thing I'd recommend is to go into the apps you're missing to check their notification settings. Don't have an explanation for it but something could've happened to your settings there.
