I cannot hear my voicemail messages. I only get a transcription Beta

Since I updated to the current operating system I can no longer hear my voicemail messages. I only get a transcription which is inaccurate.

Yup... 1.delate the Bata profile
2. Go and download the newest update.

I did that,and it fixed my problem forever. Good luck
