I have tired absolutely everything. I tried logging out, signing into my account on his phone, sharing the playlist but nothing works. I need my boyfriend to have the playlists I do and I want to have the ones he makes. How do I do this?

I'm assuming you're referring to Music. Having said that, you should be able to share each other's playlists as long as you both have iOS devices and are subscribed to Music.
