Did you manually check for an update or did you assume the update notification would be present after installing the profile? If the latter, manually check for the update.
i just assumed that it will show after installing and restarting the profile for beta testing, how can i manually update?
It doesn't update for me either after installing beta profile. Even after going to settings/general/software update, it says I'm up to date. I gave up. Will patiently wait for final release.

Read and followed. Still doesn't work. Not sure what the deal is. I've downloaded public betas in the past with 6s plus and never had an issue.
Go to Settings → General → Software Update
Verify that the beta profile is installed by going to Settings → General → Profile.
Beta profile installed, and feedback assistant app added, but still no joy. Tried a reboot, but didn't help.
At this point, I don't know what to tell you other than the problem may reside on Apple's end.
