Installed IOS 10 on my iPhone 6 and now have text messaging problems.

Using text messaging I can't can't send or receive fireworks, balloons, etc. Nothing happens when I hold down the send arrow. My wife has the exact same phone and has no problems with text messaging.

On your device, go to Settings → General → Accessibility, and then turn OFF "Reduce Motion".
