Unable to drag music to iPhone 6 plus

Hi, I recently bought this new Lenovo laptop with Window 10. However, I'm unable to drag music to iPhone 6 plus via iTune. I'm not a tech person, so any step-by-step help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank for the link Tartarus. I also was having problems transferring songs and mp4s with itunes.

Some iTunes-unfriendly formats just cannot be added to iTunes. In this case, you can covert the format of the songs or use third-party software to make it.
