iPhone 4 does not ring. The vibrate button is off and the ring setting set at the highest point. when you dial the number a voice comes on saying leave a message.

Go to an Apple Store ASAP...the iPhone 4 becomes obsolete October 31st. Devices on the obsolete list will no longer be serviced by Apple. They work, but if broken Apple does not repair them.
