Health app doesn't show recommend apps

Hi,
In Health app I can't see "recommend apps" for different activities...
I've tried to change some settings, restart phone, hard restart, but still not working.
Is anyone has the same issue?

iPhone 7, ios 10.0.2

I haven't seen this issue at all. Mine is working as it should. Hopefully someone with some experience with this will chime in.
