    Hi,

I have an idea, whether map and calender can be linked, so we'll receive early notification based on distance and traffic condition if we have schedule to go to our meeting point.

    It would be nice

That option is already there. You just have to specify the location in the appointment.

    I'll post screenshots later.

Oh, so we need to create event manually ? How about some meeting appointment inserted by our office in our calender or some automatic plane schedule ?

I tried to edit the schedule but no option for the "event" as your screenshot

    Edited :

For the flight plan, we can change the "alert" to "time to leave"

But for the meeting schedule from exchange, there's no option for that

If you can edit the location into that appointment, that would be nice. You can also take it up with the department responsible for those automatic schedules so they will do it in the near future.
