Health accessories for iPhone?

What do you think about health trackers / accessories / etc for iPhone 7? I was wondering of this tracker here: www.aidlab.com

It a little pricey but it seems they have the most legitimate accuracy that I have seen yet.

Thanks for your reply (I am the original author). Was wondering if Fitbit has something for heart monitoring? As far as I know Apple Watch is for fitness only and I am more concern about health (heart, temperature, glucose level etc).

Both Fitbit and Apple Watch have heart monitors built in, but no alerts for high heart rates etc.

For temperature and glucose levels you have to look for other devices, which I'm not familiar with.
Having said that, I hope somebody with more knowledge about this will come along and answer in this thread.
