Apps crashing and glitches

Ever since the last iOS update my apps crash all the time and my iPhone 6 freezes or shuts itself down randomly. What is wrong with my phone?

It's possible your update is bad. If you're noticing issues with a specific app, I'd recommend uninstalling that app then reinstalling. If the issues are widespread then you may want to backup your device, completely wipe your phone and then restore from that backup. If the problem continues past that, then you know its probably an issue with your backup data. In that case, wipe your device completely and start fresh.

If all else fails, you'll want to restore your iPhone with iTunes. That will download and install a fresh iOS version.

Mine too, it freezed for random apps "randomly" (not crashed though), and I need to close the app if freezed
