Can't find my torch since update

I can't find my torch or anything to put on as I updated my phone to iOS 10.0.2

You mean the flash light? It should be there.

Drag up from the bottom screen to control center and flashlight should be first icon on bottom left. If not drag down from center screen to spotlight search and enter flashlight in search field and it should tell you where it is.
