You may have internet-related problems or there could be problems on Apple's end, but I can't say either way with any certainty. Having said that, try any or all of the following:
1. Reboot your iPhone 6
2. Logout of the iTunes & App Store, and then log back in.
3. Go to Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Reset Network Settings".
4. If you're connected to your Wi-Fi network, reboot both the cable/DAL modem AND the wireless router, if separate items.
