Samsung does not make an iPad.
Samsung makes Android based tablets. Is that what you are asking?
If so, you cannot transfer applications from iOS (iPad) to Android (Samsung). They are different operating systems.
You will need to look in the Google Play Store on the new tablet to see if the games in which you are interested are available.
You likely/possibly will not be able to transfer your game progress from iPad to Samsung unless those individual games save your game progress separate from the app itself and if they allow you to log in with the same credentials to the game.
