paypal not accepted.

Been to Apple store, Called apple support and talked to ITunes. Also checked with Paypal. Everything is okay on their end, but I tunes refuses to allow me to change from pay pal to any other credit card.

Unfortunately I'm not sure what more help you will find here that you haven't already explored. The best resources for this type of issue would be between Apple and PayPal. Both of which you've reached out to.

So what happens when you attempt to remove that payment option from iTunes Store? Have you tried adding your new card information prior to removing your PayPal information?
