    Default Mother's iPad just keeps saying connect to iTunes when started up.

    My mother went with a new service provider. Now she can't startup/backup her iPad on her laptop using iTunes (because of an issue with loading iTunes onto her laptop) after swapping out it's SIM card. Can I hook it up to my laptop to do so? And if so how? I already tried and her password (after signing out of my account) just keeps bouncing back to the log-in.

    Welcome to iMore! You shouldn't have an issue connecting your mother's iPad to your laptop but you'll likely need her password. If you've forgotten it go to http://iforgot.apple.com and reset it.
