How can I set partial restrictions on a contact?

How can I set partial restrictions on a contact on my 6S Plus? I only want to block the FaceTime and Text?I still am okay with them calling or emailing me.

To restrict FaceTime, go into the restrictions settings and disable the toggle next to FaceTime. As for text messages, I don't think you can do that via the restriction or any other native settings, but I could be wrong.
