How to download and use a topo map along with Icloud's "Find my Phone" on my PC

I use Find "Find My Phone" on my husband's Icloud acct to locate his position in NW CA when he is hunting. Is there a topo map I can download to locate him more precisely? It only seems to show main roads on my PC now.

Not that I'm aware of. Almost all location based apps provide a general location. Sometimes the accuracy is great and other times not so great.
