Is it possible to change the microphone that the app use?

Hello

So my front camera microphone is not working so that means I cant use speakers on apps like viber,whatsapp mostly that use the front camera microphone so is it possible to change the microphone that a app use?

I have never seen an end user option to switch microphones and I've been using iPhones on a daily basis for six years. The microphone used simply depends on the camera being used at the time (front camera = front microphone, rear camera = rear microphone).

Have those apps been given permission to use the mic? Look in Settings > Privacy> scroll down to microphone > check if your apps are enabled. If not, you need to give them permission to use the mic. Try deleting the apps, then install back. When they prompt for permission, tap yes. Or ok.
