My menubar is missing after the Sierra update

My menubar is now missing on my external monitor. It used to show right at the top of both screens, but now it's only on the main monitor. This just happened after the update to Sierra. Now running macOS 10.12 (16A323). Any ideas of how to get it back? Thanks, Alan
