How to go back to IOS 9 instead of IOS 10 and did not do a backup?

Want to get IOS 10 OFF my phone and go back to IOS 9! I did not do a backup before hand unfortunately. I do have a back up from June 2016. I DO NOT use Icloud. I have pulled all my pictures over to my desktop. How do I make sure my Contacts and Notes as of today come over when I got back to IOS 9?

Welcome to iMore! Apple is still signing iOS 9.3.5 but probably for not much longer. You'll have to manually download the .ipsw file and install it through iTunes.
