Okay. Either restore your device via iTunes on your computer or make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose and fix the problem for you.

My wife is having this problem. I think I am going to do the update - she never runs the latest. I was hoping someone else here had success. It is funny sometimes she can answer a call by sliding, but sometimes night. She has a 6s plus.
