How can I reset my Icloud account if I am locked out of my phone? Please HELP!

So this morning when I woke up it said that my phone needed to be activated ( no clue why, was using it last night). I tried several times to put in my apple ID and password, but I don't ever use my icloud account for anything so I'm sure I put in the wrong response too many times and locked myself out. Now, when I go online to reset my password, it sends the verification code to my phone...which of course i'm already locked out of! HELP!

You can change where the verification goes to in Manage My Account and use a e-mail address but you will need correct information password and e-mail address used when account was set up.
