I can't purchase items for a game I downloaded on a different Game Center account

I downloaded March of empires on my old game center account and I can't purchase items on my new Game Center account I did this to link my iPad and I phone together on the game

I don't believe you can link Game Center accounts. If the app itself has a log in, you can sign in with that same log in ID & get access to your previous in app purchases.
