I just bought a new Iphone 7 plus and I got an issue with mic doesn't work when I use speakers.

When I make a phone call mic work as expected but when I turn to speaker my partner other end can't hear what I said then I turned off speaker every thing back to normal.

Sounds to me like something is blocking the microphone. Make sure that is not the case. All rosters and holes must be free and open in order for your device to work correctly.
