    I have a new email address my old one no longer exists, this old email address was my apple ID, I have a new ID that works with Apple, but each time I go to the app store or i cloud a box comes up asking me to put in my password, the password is not a problem but the box has my old ID ie an old email address that no longer works and I do not have the password for, and I can not change the email address/ID in this box so can not get into i cloud or the app store. HELP please.
