Can someone tell me how to solve the Rest Finger to Open didnt appeared after upgraded to iOS10?

After I've upgraded to iOS10, I checked that Rest Finger to Open didnt appear after clicked Home Button. What should I do?

You have to click the home button to get it to fully unlock. If you want it the way it was before iOS 10, change it in settings / general / accessibility / home button and toggle the rest finger to unlock to on.
