My phone no longer "rings" just vibrates. I checked the "ring tones" and they sound on the phone.

I turned phone on and off. No help.

I changed the "ringtone". No good

I called the phone from a landline and all it did was vibrate.

Turned off the vibrate and the phone was silent and still.

No what>??

Go to Settings > Sounds and enable Change with Buttons, then move the slider to max and you should hear the ringtone as usual.

If this is not the case then I don't know what else the problem is.

Check your mute switch on the side of the phone

This is probably what it is. You shouldn't see orange if you want sound.
