Hello! Last year when I upgrade my iPhone 5 to ios 9, I had an issue when I was searching a name in the contacts, meaning that I was searching e.g. the name "nick". the search results not the name "nick" which was the name of the contact, but it was finding the email address inside the contact "nick". I hard reset the telephone a lot of times when it worked and everything got back to normal. A month later the telephone could not connect to the wifi of my house. I had no problem with ANY other wifi. Anyway, I change iPhone. I have now the iPhone 6. When upgrade to IOS 10 the same problem appear. Hard reset didn't resolve the problem this time. It appears also the sound of the messenger to be the same with the text message. This problem resolved with the hard reset. Thank you for your time.
