How do you stop annoying applications to install apps from nagging you

Every time I turn on my wifi these irritating signs keep popping up asking me if I want to install an app there are two options , install and cancel. If I press cancel the sign will go away and literally 2 seconds later, it just pops back up. If I install the app just to get it to leave me alone , a few minutes later my antivirus tells me to uninstall the app and the cycle goes on.
