I have a problem with I Tunes Match

I subscribe to I Tunes match and prior to the weekend it was fine. Since then all my music disappeared from match/cloud. I have re-added the computer to match but it has not matched anything. It runs for many hours then seems to freeze up. Can anyone help me please??
