How do I get the little photo library OFF the bottom of my photo screen

I would like to get the little images of other photos off my screen. I do not want to see them, nor forward a pic with them on the bottom. How do I turn off the photo library on the bottom of my screen?

That shows up so you can see the pics you have. It doesn't send when you send a pic to someone. If you tap a pic once it won't show those pics at the bottom for the time being but there's no way to turn it off.
