Just updated software to my apple 6 and now my watch won't pair with it, what can I do?

I doubt there is anything wrong with your Watch. More than likely, it needs to be paired to your iPhone again.

Reboot both devices and see if they'll pair. If not, you may need to reset the watch and start over. You shouldn't have lost connection between phone and watch with the update.
