Still can't see the back bubble effect messages

I can send them and they can be seen but I can't receive them.. I am updated to ios10 and made sure my reduce motion is off. Why is it still not working?

Disable iMessage and enable it again. This worked for most people.

I disabled and reengaged and it's still not working for me. The drawing thing comes up etc but the effects you can use by long pressing the send button do not work. I'm on the 6S+.

Actually finally did some research on this....you have to have Reduce Motion turned off. Turn that off and BAM, you're good to go.
