imessage effects.

iPhone 6, I have turned off reduce motion and yet i am not able to receive the effects on imessage. although i am able to send them, i am still not able to receive them. i have repeatedly turned off my phone and have done a restart with the lock and home buttom at the same time and nothing

Disable iMessage and enable it back. I've read that's the solution.

The only advice I could give at this point for you is to just do a reinstall of iOS 10 and if that doesn't help go to a Apple Store if you are near one.
