Is there a way to organize the order of notifications on the pull-down menu in iOS 10?

In iOS 9, we were able to organize the order of the notifications in the pulldown menu, and group them with like notifications. I can't find a setting to do that now, so all of my notifications are in the order that they were most recently posted. Ugh! I Cannot Stand It! Please help me find a way to put them in a preference order, or at least group like notifications from the same app. Thanks So Much!

Are you referring to the daily view screen, that you get by swiping right from the home screen?
