You do NOT install FaceTime on an iPhone 6. You sign in to FaceTime via the Settings.

FaceTime is part of the iPhone OS, HOWEVER in some parts of the Middle East it is prohibited. If you bought your phone there it might not have FaceTime. There is no fix.

Is it possible you put FaceTime in to a folder by accident? Swipe down and then type FaceTime in to the search bar to find it.
