Freezing as old owner left pics on

Hi all, i have an iphone 4, second hand but up until recently was fine. Problem now freezing. I think its due to person i got it off left a lot of pics on that i dont know how to get off. I have tried everything i know. Can anyone help please.

Since you're saying you tried everything you know, my best bet is to restore that device and set it up as new.
