ios10 iphone se failure

can anyone help .
I tried to download ios10 today.
it all downloaded but failed to install.
instead the iTunes logo came up and charger.
so ive been trying to download update on pc but its failing halfway..
my phone will not come back on.
anyone heard of this or know a fix please

Sign into itunes and connect your phone. It will give you the option to update. Click on that option. It takes a while to run.
