My playlists in iTunes won't play?

Hello - when i click on the music app on my iPhone 6s, it opens, but then I click on "Playlists" and iTunes just shuts off real quick...why is this happening?

Close out of the music app and then close or remove from the app switcher list. Restart the Music app and see if you're still having issues.
