how do i cancel an iTunes order from two days ago

I use a service called [redacted]. they provide wind and weather readings for watersports. i already had a subscription but i inadvertently bought an additional one a couple days ago. I chatted with i [redacted] and they suggested going to iTunes and requesting a refund since they could not find any activity in my account other than the long existing monthly payments. It would have been two or three or four days ago...
