when i find pokestops i don't know how to get more pokemon

when i get to a pokestop it says empty module and i don't know what that means

The Pok?Stop module is for placing lures to attract more Pok?mon. If you have you have a lure and click on the module slot at a Pok?Stop you can add it to the Pok?Stop and it stays active for 30 minutes. As far as finding more Pok?mon, that's part of the game, you'll have to continue exploring to find them.
