    Default Cydia is following me

I recently jailbroke my phone, and ran into some problems. So, I factory reset my iDevice without backing it up. And when I set up my iPhone, Cydia was on the home screen along with all the tweaks I used. Which I thought was impossible because I didn't even restore the device from a backup. I did although log into the app store with the same Apple ID. Any thoughts?

You need to specify which iOS version you are on and what jailbreak tool you are using? That explains a lot?

The iOS is 9.3.2 and it was done by using the Pangu Jailbreak that came out for iOS 9.3.3
