Can you be more descriptive of the charge? Did you receive an email receipt for something or are you just noticing a charge on your CC or bank statement?

Could be app, movie or song purchases - they don't always charge you immediately for purchases but will bundle them together and charge you at a later date. Also check whether you've signed up to Apple Music without meaning to, or have signed up to a subscription within an app. To check any subscriptions you might have, open the iTunes app, scroll to the bottom and tap on your account. Once you've entered the password tap 'Manage' to check your subscriptions. Hope this helps.
