Iphone all with the icon white and a small black heart in the middle

Does somebody know what all is the one which has the icon as a normal white square with a black heart in the middle? I am searching for it for a while and can't seem to find which one is it. Thank you!

Welcome to iMore! Is this an app that you've previously purchased? If that's the case it should be in your Purchased list in App Store. It would also help to join the forum and reply with more detail (i.e. what device you're using, why the icon isn't there anymore).
