I updated my Iphone SE and now I am locked out.

It updated last night,now all I see on my screen is the Itunes icon, an arrow,and a picture of the plug in cord.
Help!!

Do as illustrated on the screen. Connect your iPhone with the cord to iTunes and see what it says.

Your iPhone needs to be restored via iTunes. There's no way around it. After restoring it, you will still be prompted to enter your iCloud credentials for the account associated with the device so be prepared to enter it. If you cannot recall it, you will be unable to use the device.
