Have a square box / computer shape on home screen. Can't get rid of it?

Can you please elaborate? What device are you looking at? I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to.

sounds like you have Assistive touch turned on. go to settings/accessibility/Assistive touch. if its on turn it off..
