My iPhone pad will only let me contact iPhone users, not others.

There isn't much more to say, I can only sent text messages if they are iPhone users. E
I have tried to find
an internal answer within the pad settings, but no success.

Do you have a SMS data plan? If you're unsure, check with your wireless carrier.

Also, when you say that you have an "iphone pad" what exactly do you mean? Do you have an iPad? Is that the device you are talking about?

If so, do you also have an iPhone? Do you have "text forwarding" enabled on that iPhone for the iPad?

If not, you will not be able to send iMessages to non-iPhone users.
