Not really an easy way to get the back off the iPhone without special tools. Depending on the model, it may be easier than others.

Put it in a bag with some uncooked rice and leave it a few days. Make sure it's turned off! You still run the risk of corrosion, so might be worth looking into a replacement at some point.
