My bubble effect doesn't work on my iPhone? Why is that?

I try to hold the send button down and it does not pop up anything allowing me to choose any effects

Welcome to iMore! Are you running the iOS 10 beta on your device? The effects don't work otherwise. Furthermore, the person you're messaging also has to be using iMessage (blue word bubbles, not green) and be on the iOS 10 beta.
